Affiliate terms
- Who runs the program. The Lingoodie affiliate program is operated by The Oodies Unipessoal, Lda., based in Lisbon, Portugal ("Lingoodie", "we").
- Joining. You apply using the form on this page. We review every application by hand and may accept or decline any application. Once approved, we switch your referral code to the affiliate rate and confirm it by email.
- Your reward. You earn 10% of everything the users who sign up with your code earn in the Lingoodie app, for as long as they keep using it. There is no cap and no end date. Your share is paid by us on top, so it never reduces what your referred users earn.
- Payouts. You can cash out your earnings in the app to Revolut or PayPal, subject to the minimums shown in the app. If you cannot use the app in your country, we send you a monthly earnings report and pay by bank transfer in USD once your earnings reach 50 USD.
- Fees and taxes. We cover the fees charged by our own bank or payment provider. Any fees charged on your side, including by your bank or intermediary banks, are yours to cover. You are responsible for declaring and paying any taxes on your earnings.
- Fair play. The rules above apply at all times. We do not pay, and may reverse, earnings from self-referrals, fake or incentivized sign-ups, or any other misuse.
- Ending the partnership. You or we can end the partnership at any time by email. Earnings made in line with these terms up to that date are still paid out under the usual payout rules. If we end the partnership because the rules were broken, earnings linked to the breach are not paid.
- Changes. We may update these terms. If we change the affiliate rate or the payout rules, we will email active affiliates before the change takes effect.
